About Me
I am a mental health counselor committed to working with individuals in support of overcoming challenges and leading fulfilling lives. The therapeutic relationship will be the foundation of our work together. I practice from a vantage of wellness over illness with knowledge that people function with strengths and capabilities that will be valuable in your therapeutic process.
My Approach
I practice from a relational approach using attachment-based theories and the latest findings in Neuroscience to support a bio-psycho-social model of care.
I also use multiple specific modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and an Integrated Trauma treatments.

Sliding Scale
I offer a sliding scale fee for a financial hardship for a limited number of appointment slots.
What to Expect
Initial Consultation
Please inquire for an initial 30 minute consultation at no
charge to ensure this is a fit for you. You will be asked to set up a secure login and complete information at your own convenience. You will then receive a confirmation email from me.
Therapy Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes long and I see clients for weekly, long-term psychotherapy.
